PATIENT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH LEFT RENAL PELVIS CALCULUS, A RETROGRADE PYELOGRAM SHOWED NARROWING OF THE URETER PROXIMAL TO THE URETEROPELVIC JUNCTION.PATIENT UNDERWENT AN ACCUSIZE PROCEDURE TO REPAIR THE URETEROPELVIC JUNCTION OBSTRUCTION RESULTING IN THE SEVERING OF HIS RENAL ARTERY WHICH CAUSED INTERNAL BLEEDING AND REQUIRED HIM TO UNDERGO ADDITIONAL SURGERY TO REPAIR THE ARTERY.

ABREU TOOK CORRECTIVE MEASURES TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM.THE PATIENT HAD A STORMY POST OPERATIVE COURSE, BUT IT WAS SOMETHING THAT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN PREVENTED.
