Recurrent symptomatic bilateral upper lid dermatochalasis, symptomatic bilateral upper lid neoplastic medial canthal tissue, symptomatic lower lid ectropion, decreased malar support, symptomatic exposure keratopathy, PCIOL, bilateral dry eye symptoms, choroidal nevus left, PVD bilaterally and glaucoma suspect.The patient had undergone prior surgeries.

The patient consented to and underwent bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty, m-plasty and release of scar tissue by insured.Postoperatively the patient complained of dry eyes and lagophthalmos.He underwent multiple additional surgeries by other physicians.
