On 07/27/2001, the patient's primary care physician noted two masses in the patient's breasts.The patient underwent screening mammograms on 08/17/01, 08/19/02 and 08/20/03.

The screening mammograms on 08/17/01, and 08/19/02 were interpreted as BI-RADS,Category 2("Benign"), and the screening mammogram on 08/20/03 was interpreted as BI-RADS,Category 2 ("Negative").No breast exams were performed by the patient's primary care physician during this time period.Allegedly, the mammograms produced by the imaging department were of "inadequate quality."
