Patient was admitted to hospital with complaints of abdominal pain following a gastric by-pass surgery.

Insured surgeon treated 367 pound patient after she presented to the hospital with abdominal pain post-gastric bypass surgery, which was performed by another physician one week prior. Patient developed some problems around the gastrstomy tube, which insured treated. WHile in the hospital, patient's condition deteriorated, including renal failure, cardiac arrest and respiratory failure.
