The alleged delay in the diagnosis and treatment allegedly contributed to the patient's permanent neurological deficits. The routine consult request was never called to Henry Clarke, MD, but was made to another general surgeon with the same last name. As such Henry Clarke, MD never saw this pt at Northside Hospital.
