Diabetic patient suffered recurring, chronic ulcerations of both the right hallux and right second toe secondary to delivering mail in extremely wet weather and not keeping the ulcerations dry.Patient subsequently required amputation of both toes.This resulted in allegation against insured of improper treatment and failure to diagnose.
