On 06/02/08 a 45 year-old woman was admitted to Morton Plant Hospital for a total abdominal hysterectomy and right salpingo-oophorectomy.

Surgery was preformed without complications. On 06/09/08 patient called with complaints of discomfort.Subsequent testing suggests partial obstruction of the right ureter.
