Patient with longstanding sarcoidosis presented with headache to hospital.CT of head revealed brain tumor for which she was evaluated by multiple specialists including neurosurgery and infectious diseases.The patient refused necessary brain biopsy.She continued to deteriorate and she was eventually transferred to another facility where nocardia infection was diagnosed after patient consented to a brain biopsy.Patient continued to worsen and expired.
