Student Nurse Anesthetist Gaudin replaced an empty anesthesia infusion bag with a bag of magnesium sulfate in error.The patient initially had significant motor weakness of the legs.However, this resolved and the residual complaints are subjective and include pain in the groin, sacral and pubic area and also sensation problems of the legs.
