The patient had re-presented to the emergency room with complaints of shortness of breath and renewal of chest pain.

An initial EKG in triage was negative for STEMI. As the patient was being brought back to a room for further work-up, he went into ventricular fibrillation. He was immediately defibrillated and CPR and ACLS protocols were initiated, however, he was unable to be revived.
