Patient suffered work injury and was treated conservatively by insured for 3 mos; however, because patient was repeatedly non-compliant with insured?s instructions, her condition did not improve.As a result, insured opted to attempt surgical intervention.Following that surgery, the ganglion cyst reoccurred, a known complication, so patient was taken back to surgery.She continued to complain of pain and numbness afterward, which was addressed by insured; however, she subsequently, left insured?s care because she wanted a second opinion.Patient alleges insured failed to perform proper surgical intervention.

Temporary: Minor - Infections, misset fracture, fall in hospital. Recovery delayed.
