THE INSURED SAW THE PATIENT TWO DAYS LATER AFTER HE PRESENTED TO THE ER, THERE WAS NOTHING TO SUGGEST THAT HE HAD A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS.THE INSURED REFERRED THE PATIENT TO A NEUROLOGIST BECAUSE OF HIS COMPLAINTS OF HEADACHES AND NECK STIFFNESS.THE PATIENT DID NOT FOLLOW-UP WITH THE NEUROLOGIST.THE INSURED WILL BE MORE CAREFULL IN FOLLOWING UP ON TESTS PERFORMED AT THE HOSPITAL AMD WILL OBTAIN A MORE DETAILED HISTORY FROM THE PATIENT AS TO THE TEST PERFORMED AT THE HOSPITAL AND RESULTS.
