Pt. was admitted to ER at Baptist of the Beaches on 1-31-00 w/ complaints of fever, joint aches and malaise.Pt. was eval'd, observed & discharged at 1:30 PM w/ inst's and orders for Tylenol.Pt. returned at 12:30 PM on 2-1-00 in a markedly worse state.He was unresponsive w/ mottled discoloration.Pt's condition was grave w/ the insd. and hosp. staff initiating all efforts to save his life.As pt. was in process of being air lifted to ORMC, he arrested.Resusitation efforts were unsuccessful.
