| In reviewing this case, there are 3 re-affirmative changes that I have made. First. to look at all images carefully provided on a study. second, use magnification and other tools foe even the slightest question of abnormality. third, review the corner of films, no just the areas in question. it is constantly remind to follow these principles, especially when the quality of the images are poor as they often are in a mobile x-ray settings. | |||||||||||||||||||||
