The patient was seen on referral for implants at #'s 28 & 29. The patient gave a history of previous orthodontic treatment and facial/jaw repair following a car accident. Following a thorough exam a treatment plan was prepared & authorized for stage 1 split ridge bone graft with implants at #'s 28 & 29 after adequate bone fill and healing.
