Patient presented to the ED with abdominal pain 3 days post-op from a total abdominal hysterectomy with lysis of adhesions. She was later diagnosed with transection of the left ureter.

CT and ultrasound of the abdomen in advance of CT-guided drainage of pelvic fluid.
