Patient presented to the office of Dr. Shah for bilateral ear irrigation.
Operation, Diagnostic, Or Treatment Procedure Rendered Causing The Injury
Ear lavage was performed by the office nurse and the Medical Assistant. A small amount of water was used and the patient said the water was too hot. Cold water was added. Following the incident Dr. Shah was called into the room to evaluate the patient.
