None.Dr. Ganesh played only a minor role in the treatment of the plaintiff.Dr. Ganesh did not make the definitive diagnosis of endometriosis, but rather referred plaintiff to another physician when Dr. Ganesh was unfamiliar with the symptoms plaintiff was experiencing.It was the other physician's responsibility to educate plaintif in the risks and side effects of a hysterectomy and the removal of her ovaries.Although Dr. Ganesh assisted in performing the hysterectomy, he did so at the direction of the other surgeon.Dr. Ganesh treatment of the plaintiff was limited to two preliminary examinations of the plaintiff, the care provided during these two examinations was within the proper standard of care.
