none. doctor attempted treatment of the patients allergy and sinus symtoms with antihistamines and nasal steroids for a reasonable time period before performing a ct scan of the sinuses or referring the patient to an ENT. the patients allergy complaints seemed to get better with medication, it is difficult to determine when doctor should have suspected more than allergy problems for the patient.
