Conjuctiviitis of left eye. Patient presented with complaints of nausea. Dx with eye infection 12 hours earlier at another institution. Plaintiff did not share this information with the insured or nursing staff. Plantiff's alleged insured and nursing staff failed to obtain adequate history , failed to treat eye infection and failed to correlate current complaints with eye infection resulting in alleged delay in treatment, blindness and removal of eye.
