466.0075 Applicants for examination; medical malpractice insurance.—The board may require any person applying to take the examination to practice dentistry in this state or the examination to practice dental hygiene in this state to maintain medical malpractice insurance in amounts sufficient to cover any incident of harm to a patient during the clinical examination.History.—s. 4, ch. 96-281.
