Patient presented to the ER with chest pain and shortness of breath.Patient was in end stage renal disease secondary to diabetes mellitus and hypertension.She also had retinopathy with near blindness, nephropathy, vasculopathy, diffuse microvascular disease, congestive cardiopathy, COPD, history of CVA, degenerative joint disease, chronic back pain, obesity and depression.
