Patient had discomfort, flank pain, epigastric pain. He underwent a abdominal ultrasound by Dr. Thompson, which revealed a kidney stone on lower pole of left kidney.

ESWL (electro shockwave lithotripsy) due to kidney stone on lower left pole of left kidney by Dr. Thompson. Due to left ureteral obstruction, 3 weeks post procedure, another physician placed a nephrostomy tube and stent.
