Alleged failure to properly evaluate and diagnose a dislocated right index finger in a then 17 year old female. Claim was splinted and advised to follow-up with hand specialist; however, she failed to do so timely which may have resulted in more extensive surgical treatment. The allegations raised by claimant's counsel were not substantiated by plaintiff's counsel against this physician and the Notice of Intent was voluntarily withdrawn.
