Doctor lacerated plaintiff's esophagus during TEE procedure.Required emergency tracheotomy 2 days later. In addition to recovery from tracheotomy, pltf. alleged thyroid disorder and compartment syndrome were sequellae.Thyroid problems relate to energy level, voice quality and difficulty swallowing. Compartment syndrome required dual fasciotomies in right forearm and left leg which resulted in scarring and some loss of motion. Doctor denied direct link with sequellae.
