Plaintiff alleges that the insured failed to reduce or stop blood thinners before the extraction. Following the extraction, Plaintiff had post-op bleeding and was transported to the ER, intubated and admitted. He was extubated on 11/17 and discharged back to the nursing home in stable condition on 11/27/2017. He remained stable until vomiting episodes on 12/15 and 12/16 where he suffered aspiration pneumonia. PlaintiffÃƒâ€šÃ‚Â¿s condition declined and he died on 12/25/2017
